Emergency plumber in Maidstone.

Emergency enquiries in Maidstone

Maidstone is our primary service area. Emergency calls are handled by our Kent business based in Sittingbourne, with a mobile service to your property.

Information that helps us plan your visit

If water is appearing through a ceiling, explain which room is above it and whether a bathroom fitting was in use when the problem began. Do not keep running a shower or bath to test a leak that is causing damage.

For a flat or managed property, tell us about entry arrangements and whether another occupier needs contacting for access. A leak may involve pipework outside the room where it first appears.

Repair options and the cost of attendance

Call to explain the fault before arranging a visit. Ask about the call-out charge, labour, parts and any out-of-hours rate. We’ll discuss attendance and the likely repair requirements before you book.

See our water leak repairs page for the relevant repair scope and call-out costs for questions to ask before booking.

The same service across our coverage

We focus on urgent plumbing repairs, not planned installations. If the fault is unclear, the emergency services overview helps you describe the problem. You can also check our Sittingbourne coverage or all areas covered.

While you arrange attendance

If water is escaping and you can safely operate your internal stop tap, close it. Stay clear of water near electrical fittings and tell us if you cannot isolate the supply. Our burst-pipe first steps explain the immediate priorities.
