Urgent toilet repairs in Kent
Call for urgent help. WhatsApp replies may not be immediate. We’ll confirm attendance and charges.
A leaking cistern, failed flush or water at the base needs a different investigation from a blocked toilet. Tell us whether the bowl drains normally and where water first appears.
Water on the floor or water running into the bowl?
Water around the base can come from a supply connection, cistern joint or waste connection; its position does not establish the cause. Stop using the toilet if flushing puts more water on the floor. Keep children and pets away from wastewater.
A continuous trickle into the bowl is different: the cistern may keep refilling without any visible floor leak. Note whether the filling sound stops between flushes. Do not dismantle a concealed cistern to find out.
When to call urgently
Call if you cannot stop escaping water, the only toilet is unusable, or the fault is affecting a room below. A contained trickle with another working toilet may not require an emergency-priced visit; describe the situation so we can discuss the right next step.
For a bowl that rises or backs up, use our blocked-toilet service instead. Repeated flushing can make an overflow worse.
What the visit needs to establish
The plumber needs access to the faulty fitting and a safe way to isolate its supply. Repair may involve a valve, flush mechanism, seal or connection rather than replacing the entire toilet. Parts availability and access determine what can be completed on the visit.
Mention a wall-hung pan, boxed-in cistern or unusual make when booking. We will discuss access before disturbing panels. Ask whether parts and any making-good work are included in the call-out price.
Call 07469 896305 with your postcode, the symptoms and whether water is still escaping.
